hello. So ive made it to the Gold Coast. The weather is beautiful, so its like being on holiday. Been to a few water/theme parks, which were amazing. Planning to stay here till mid week (next week), before moving on up to Brisbane. Tony and Jodie seem to be enjoying themselves, only problem being that the world cup is on in the middle of the moring.

Neily boy and Katie have moved off ahead of us, but plan to meet up with them once they stop. They will be able to sort out how to get work and where to live etc.

Not much news really. Just meandering along nicely. Planning to get a decent job when i get home, so that i can save the pennies. Hopefully go travelling again in a couple of years. Maybe China or South America. So if anyone is up for it then get saving.

As for now, its Cairns by September, Melbourne for a month to work, Brisbane for two weeks when my folks, Wendy and G-G-G-Garrry Spence come over, then SE Asia for 2 months before coming home for Christmas. Alot to pack in, but cant wait.

Any news from back home??? Eamil or leave a comment. Enjoy the pictures, and i will try to post blogs more often.

Keep in touch, Dav.x

Hello friends, relatives and guests.

Apologies for not updating on a regular basis, but life aint that straight forward. First thing first, im still in bondi. The car or "Piece of shit" as it is now known is still broken. The distributer broke, so its has been layed up on a back street for over a week now. The wrong part kept arriving, but we have on good authority that the new part is ready to be palced within the engine. Will keep you posted on the movements of the newly named POS.

Neil and katie lost patience with the POS and have moved up the coast without us. Them, plus new arrivals Tony and Jodie, left yesterday and came to a hault in Newcastle. They are waiting there for us, but we are in no rush. Plenty of beaches to surf, so will see them as and when. All rests on POS making a full recovery.

As for my travelling situation, it looks like i will be home for christmas. Plan to travel SE Asia for a couple of months with Marr and Iain, and possibly Tony if we can persuade him. Cant wait. It will be a change in culture. Been reading a fair bit about asia to keep myself educated, so will see how that pans out.

I hear the weather has been good back home. Fair play!!! It rains alot here in Sydney. Although the last couple of days have been beautiful. The weather up north is beautiful, so cant wait to catch some rays.

Any news from home???? Hope you are all enjoying the world cup.
